I received the heated apparel as a gift but it doesn’t quite fit. Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely, we offer exchanges for gifted heated apparel! Should the heated clothing you've received not fit properly, you're eligible to exchange it for a different size. This is subject to the item being unused, in its original state, and the exchange being initiated within our designated exchange period.
To proceed with the exchange, obtain the order numberor the email address associated with the purchase from the gift - giver. Then, send this information, along with the size you wish to exchange for, toservice@arrislife.com.
