Can I wear it either under or over other clothes? Will this lock the heat?

Yes, you can. It is advisable that the heated garment should not come into direct contact with the skin to avoid scalding. Therefore, you must wear another piece of clothing, either thick or thin, underneath the heated garment.

 If the weather is extremely cold, we recommend that you wear an additional coat over the heated garment to better retain the heat.
